Common Ground is the result of a combination of two ministries. Gary Gibson from Sweetwater, Texas and Clay Jacobs from Abilene, Texas have had recent opportunities to combine their ministries, taking their styles of Christian Country Music both into and outside of churches, bringing a message of hope and the love of our Savior Jesus Christ to those who need to hear the good news that Jesus loves them and died for their sins. Both Clay and Gary have a love for Christian Country as well as bringing others to the foot of the cross with good old fashioned hymns and contemporary praise music. They both realize that God has a plan and a calling for everyone, and through faith and trust in our Savior, and listening to His voice, we will always come to the point where He can use us according to His purpose. We have to come to a point where our faith and our fear collides...it is at that point, where we recognize the need for Jesus as the one "in who all things are held together" (Col. 1:17), that we finally reach that COMMON GROUND...
